CONCEPT DESIGN

At Sachdeva Architects and developers every project begins with a design workshop. We bring together a team of residential architects in Melbourne to develop a unique residential design and solution in response to each brief.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We then draw on client feedback, measurements and council overlays to produce a series of drawings. These are detailed enough to be submitted for town planning approval if needed.

TOWN PLANNING

If required we liaise with the local council on behalf of the client. This includes checking council obligations and managing any objections or queries from the assigned town planner.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

After obtaining a planning permit, we apply for a building permit using detailed working drawings. This highly detailed construction documentation outlines exactly how the structure should be built.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION

We then help the client choose and negotiate a contract with their builder by sourcing quotes and comparing inclusions and exclusions to ensure both parties reach a mutual agreement.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
